$215/night Deluxe Guest Room (plus taxes &fees)

We have negotiated a lower room rate without the resort fee, therefore, certain items will be available at retail pricing, such as: parking, access to Revive Spa, Wildfire Golf Driving Range and bag storage, use of tennis facilities and bike rental. Complimentary WiFi will be available in all guest rooms for Marriott Bonvoy members (formerly Marriot Rewards). If you are not already a member, go to www.marriott.com

Rooms include a $10/room/day Resort Credit for all guest rooms (excluding complimentary rooms), which can be used for any Resort-operated restaurant, shop, retail, and recreation, excluding Roy’s; any balance remaining at the end of any guest’s stay is not refundable.

• Booking at WSC’s host hotel not only benefits you but it has significant impact on the Winter Simulation Conference as a whole. We have negotiated numerous concessions and benefits that are based on ensuring attendees stay at the hotel. If we don’t meet our commitment, WSC could be financially responsible for lost revenue to the hotel or have to pay extra costs for room rental, etc.
• Added networking and social time with WSC attendees, sponsors and exhibitors is a key reason for attending an in-person event. By staying at the host hotel, you enhance opportunities to meet with colleagues and share experiences and ideas.
