As you prepare to attend the upcoming INFORMS Healthcare Conference, please be sure that you have the necessary visa and travel documents for entry into Canada. If you are traveling from a visa required country, it is essential that you obtain the appropriate visa and that your passport is valid for at least six (6) months beyond your planned departure date. Failure to have the correct documentation could result in travel delays or even being denied entry into Canada. Refunds will not be provided to those attendees who fail to obtain the proper documentation necessary for travel.
