Career Fair
The event begins with a formal Career Fair Meet & Greet from 11am to 5pm on Sunday, October 26. After employers and jobseekers’ network and exchange information, INFORMS will be holding two interview days on Monday, October 27, and Tuesday, October 28, from 8am to 5pm.
Individuals participating in the INFORMS Career Center activities and the Career Fair will be able to:
- Gather materials and make vital connections in a fun and energetic setting.
- Meet one-on-one with top employer representatives who are looking for candidates like you.
- See the job postings from the 75+ top employers expected to participate.
- Drop off your resume if you are unable to connect in person.
- Qualify to have your resume reviewed by veteran INFORMS members.
Those who register will have the ability to view jobs in advance of the event, contact employers, gather information, make connections, chat with recruiters, and be seen by organizations. Increase your visibility by creating or updating your profile on the INFORMS Career Center and uploading a current copy of your resume. Employers will be able to review your profile and resume before the Career Fair so having them filled out and available increases your chances of being selected for an interview on Monday or Tuesday.
You must register for the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting to attend the in-person Career Fair in Atlanta. Click here to register for the Annual Meeting. Once you are registered to attend the Annual Meeting, be sure to create or update your Career Center profile.
Job Seekers Career Fair Registration:
- Once you are registered to attend the event, be sure to create or update your career center employer profile. Login or create your career center employer account by visiting https://careercenter.informs.org, and selecting either the Register option or the Sign-in option in the top menu.
- Set-up your event schedule by logging into your career center employer account, then clicking on the link for the event which will be located in your account dashboard. From here you will be able to set up your interview schedule, request interviews with candidates, search the resume database, and more.
- Ensure your talent profile is complete, and your up-to-date resume is uploaded in your INFORMS Career Center account. Participating employers will have access to the resume database, so be sure you can be discovered by participating employers who have access to your most current information.

This service is available only to students on a first-come, first-served basis. INFORMS has volunteer Resume Reviewers available at the following times to meet with you in Atlanta at the Career Fair:

Are you looking for your first job or taking the next step in your career? The INFORMS Annual Meeting Career Fair is offering a free resume review service at the 2025 Annual Meeting in Atlanta. Veteran INFORMS members have volunteered their time to review and counsel you on your resume. You can choose from either an academic or industry review of your resume.
This service is available only to students on a first-come, first-served basis. The Resume Review advance schedule is currently full. Our volunteer Resume Reviewers may have additional openings if scheduled candidates do not come on time. Visit the Resume Review Check-In booth in Atlanta and add your name to the wait list.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE 2025 RESUME REVIEW
Please note:
- To sign-up for a Resume Review, you must be registered for the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting and the Annual Meeting Career Fair.
- Resume Review time slots are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- You may only sign-up for one (1) Resume Review time slot. You can choose if you want an academic or an industry Resume Review time slot.
NOTE: You cannot choose both an academic and industry slot; if you do you will lose one or both spots.
To register for a Resume Review, please follow the steps below in the order listed.
Step #1 – Register for the 2025 INFORMS Annual Meeting. Click here to register for the Annual Meeting.
Step #2 – Create or log into your career center job seeker account by visiting https://careercenter.informs.org, and selecting either the Register option or the Sign-in option in the top menu.
Step #3 – Be sure your profile information is up to date and upload your current resume. Note – If you do not have a resume uploaded to your INFORMS Career Center profile you may lose your resume review time slot, so please be sure you have taken this step.
Step #4 – Register for the Career Fair by visiting https://careercenter.informs.org, clicking on the link for the event, and then clicking on the event registration button.
Step #5 – Once you are registered, the event will appear in your dashboard when you are signed into your career center job seeker account. Click on the event link you will find in the latest events section of your dashboard, then click on the “Schedule Interview or Resume Review” button on the right-hand side of the screen. When you do this, and RSVP page will appear.
Step #6 – Select either “Schedule an Academic Resume Review at INFORMS 2025” or “Schedule an Industry Resume Review at INFORMS 2025” from the list of options on the RSVP page. This will open a reservation schedule. Select from the available “interview” time slots. Note that what you are selecting is either a 20-minute academic resume review time slot or a 20-minute industry resume review time slot. There is no 1:1 interview component to either type of resume review.
Step #7 – INFORMS will contact you to confirm your Resume Review date and time and provide you with the name of your assigned reviewer. Your resume will be provided to your assigned reviewer who will come ready with tips and suggestions to share with you during your assigned Resume Review time slot. All Resume Reviews will be held in the Georgia World Congress Center (bottom floor). Please arrive at the Resume Review booth about five (5) minutes prior to your Resume Review start time or you may miss your time slot.
