Employer Registration
All organizations must register in advance to take part in the Career Fair and can choose from a variety of package options. Upgraded packages can be augmented with additional recruitment options.
Step #1 – Click on the Employer Packages Tab on the registration site to view available packages or download the Employer Packages Overview here:
Step #2 – Once registered, create or update your Career Center employer profile. Login or create your career center employer account by visiting the Career Center website and selecting Register or Sign-in.
Step #3 – Set-up your event schedule, by logging into your employer account and clicking the event on your dashboard. From there you can set interview availability, request interviews with candidates, search the resume database, and more. Note: Interview appointments should only be scheduled on Nov 2-3 between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Pacific..
A Note About Cancellations & Refunds
Requests must be received in writing (email or fax) by 11:59 pm ET on October 14, 2026. Cancellations received after this time up to the start date of the event will not be eligible for a full refund, but the registration fee may be applied to a future Career Fair. Cancellations received after the start date of the event will receive no refunds.
