Note the following requirements before completing your meeting registration:

- All attendees, including cluster and session chairs and speakers, must register and pay the registration fee. INFORMS does not offer one-day registrations.
- *Your INFORMS membership must be active and in good standing at the time of the meeting to qualify for the member rate for registration. If your membership expires prior to the meeting, please click here to renew.
Group Rates
There must be 10 or more Member or Nonmember registrants from the same organization to get the Group Rate per person. Group rates do not apply to students or retirees.
To receive the discounted group rate (for groups of 10 or more from the same organization), have one person from your group contact Eileen Francis before any registrations are submitted, providing a full list of group participants.
Please note: Individuals who register on their own at the regular rate are not eligible for retroactive group rate adjustments or refunds.
- Member rate per team registrant: $675
- Nonmember rate per team registrant: $945
Additional Information
- The 2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting is fully in person.
- Name badges are required for all INFORMS functions.
- The registration fee admits you to all technical sessions and receptions, coffee breaks, and the exhibit area (lunch is on your own).
- Other than the receptions, meals are not included in the registration fee.

- By registering for this INFORMS event, I acknowledge that INFORMS may capture photos, audio, and video of me that contain my image, voice, name, actions, or likeness. I grant INFORMS the unrestricted right to use these materials now and in the future for lawful purposes, without compensation. If I do not wish to be photographed or recorded, I will notify the event organizers in writing before the event begins.
