Job Market Showcase Cluster
The Job Market Showcase Track is an initiative at the INFORMS Annual Meeting, designed to centralize job seekers and employers in one dedicated space. This track provides an opportunity for recent and soon-to-be graduates to present their research and engage with potential employers.
Submission Deadline: April 30, 2026
Who Can Participate?
To be eligible to give a Job Talk, participants must:
- Be a current member of I
NFORMS - Be a current post-doc or PhD student (with an anticipated completion date by summer 2027) or have received a PhD degree within the past two years (i.e., not prior to 2024)
- Be actively searching for an academic or industry job during the 2026-2027 school year
- Obtain advisor confirmation of eligibility

Upon completion of submission, an automated email will be sent to your advisor requesting confirmation.

- Adhere to the INFORMS Annual Meeting one-talk policy:
- A speaker in the Job Market Showcase Track may not give another technical talk at the conference.
Job Talk Format
- Each session will feature four job talks.
- Recommended structure:
- 15-minute presentation
- 3-minute Q&A session
- Total: 18 minutes per speaker
