INFORMS CAREER FAIR
New for 2026: RESERVE YOUR SUNDAY CAREER FAIR SESSION
Advance session reservation is required to attend the Career Fair on Sunday, November 1. Select one of five limited-capacity sessions and pick up your color-coded wristband outside Golden Gate Ballroom C, B2 Level, before entering.
Annual Meeting registration and Career Center attendee registration do not reserve your Sunday session.
Each attendee may reserve one session only. Your wristband is valid only for the session selected and must be worn for admission.
HOW TO REGISTER
- Step #1 – Register for the 2026 INFORMS Annual Meeting. Annual Meeting registration is required to participate in the Career Fair.
- Step #2 – Reserve one Sunday Career Fair session. Use the separate session reservation form to select one of the five limited-capacity sessions on Sunday, November 1. Each attendee may reserve one session only.
- Step #3 – Create or update your Career Center job seeker account. Visit the INFORMS Career Center and select Register or Sign In. Complete your profile and upload an up-to-date, searchable resume so participating employers can discover you.
- Step #4 – Identify yourself as a Career Fair job seeker. Visit the Career Center Events page, open the 2026 Annual Meeting Career Fair, and select Register as an Attendee. This makes your profile available to participating employers and allows you to review openings and respond to interview requests. It does not reserve admission to the Sunday Career Fair.
- Step #5 – Pick up and wear your session wristband. On Saturday or Sunday, visit the Career Fair attendee check-in area outside Golden Gate Ballroom C on the B2 Level. Your color-coded wristband is required for admission and is valid only for the session you selected.
- Step #6 – Bring printed copies of your resume. Some employers may request a printed resume in addition to reviewing your digital profile. Complimentary printing will not be available onsite, so print your copies before arriving.
- Step #7 – Optional: Register for virtual career support. If you would like a virtual resume review or career coaching session, register for either or both programs. Sessions are ongoing through November 30 and are not limited to one appointment.

For all attendees:
Please help us ensure a fair and inclusive event. Career Fair is structured to ensure equitable access and opportunities for all participants. To maintain the event’s integrity and benefits for all, INFORMS strongly discourages employers and job seekers from engaging in formal recruiting and interviewing outside of scheduled Career Fair events and activities. If you have any questions about this policy, please contact Tom Fink at [email protected].
