COPT (Cardinal Optimizer) is a mathematical optimization solver for large-scale optimization problems. Independently developed by Cardinal Operations, it delivers high-performance solving for LP, MIP, SDP, ECP,(MI)SOCP, convex/nonconvex (MI)QP, convex/nonconvex (MI)QCP and general NLP problem classes. COPT can be deployed on all major operating systems (64-bit), Windows, Linux, and MacOS, as well as ARM64 and Apple Silicon platforms. In addition, the solver supports Python, PuLP, Pyomo, CVXPY, Linopy, C, C++, C#, Julia, Java, AIMMS, AMPL and GAMS interfaces. COPT has also been integrated into RSOME, PyEPO, PyPSA and PyOptInterface by the operations research community.
