Opening Session Keynote 
The opening session and associated keynote panel takes place on Monday morning, offering exclusive exposure to the largest session of the conference. In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing on the program and during the various presentations, they will also be given an opportunity to present a 1-minute video to conference attendees.  This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity with only 1 sponsor.

General Reception
This is the largest networking event of WinterSim, attended by the vast majority of conference attendees.  Customized napkins and two pull-up banners or meter boards will be provided at the reception.  The general reception sponsor can also upgrade this sponsorship by working with the hotel/WinterSim to strategically place monitors or other promotional items.

Badge Holder/Lanyard  
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on the conference lanyard worn by all attendees.

Mobile App  
You will get special listing on the WSC mobile app including logo, company description, POC information and a direct link to your website. The app sponsor’s logo also appears on emails to attendees when they need log in information.

Your logo co-branded on the cover of the conference quick reference guide distributed at registration to all attendees

Titans of Simulation (2 available)
In addition to the keynote panel, there are also two Titans of Simulation presentations, which generally have attendance comparable to the keynote.  In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing on the program, the sponsor will also be given an opportunity to present a 1-minute video to conference attendees prior to the Titan Talk.

MASM or Military Keynote (2 available)
In addition to the sponsor’s logo appearing in the mobile app and on signage, they will also be given an opportunity to present a 1-minute video to conference attendees prior to the keynote address. This is an exclusive sponsorship opportunity with only 1 sponsor per keynote address. 

Attendee Bags
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on the conference bags distributed at registration to all attendees.

Hotel Keycards
Your logo co-branded with the WSC logo on all hotel key cards used by attendees staying at the conference hotel.

Daily Digest  
Each day of the conference, in person and virtual, a summary email will be sent to attendees.  The sponsor will be recognized in these emails with logo or brief company description and a link to their website.

PhD Colloquium & Poster Session  
Your logo will appear on signage outside of the PhD Colloquium and Poster Session. These sessions are two of the most attended sessions, after the keynotes. This is in addition to the standard room sponsorship at the Bronze level.

Signage with your company logo and tagline during a refreshment break of your choice.
