Please Note: The hotel is currently sold out on Friday, December 13 and Saturday, December 14. If you are able to book a room outside of the block for these dates (or for after the conference), the hotel will merge your reservations so that you do not have to change guest rooms. Be sure to let the front desk know when you arrive. It is very important for us to meet our room block committments, especially on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday.

Getting Here
The closest airport is Orlando International Airport (MCO) and is located about 17 miles from the hotel.
The hotel does not provide shuttle service. Mears Destination Services (MDS) offers transportation from the airport. Reservations are required. MDS can be contacted at 855-463-2776 or by visiting the Mears Destination Services website.
Taxi fare is approximately $55 (one way) from MCO.
Parking
On-site parking is available for guests for $43 daily and Valet parking is available for $55 daily.
