1How can I find things like room locations and detailed schedule information?
This year, the Annual Meeting will be strongly relying on the the INFORMS app to keep information updated and consistent to give you a better experience. Learn about the app and what it can do.
2How can I download the INFORMS app?
Visit the App Store or Google Play, search for and download the Engagefully app. Once installed, open the app and enter āINFORMSā on the welcome screen. Select the INFORMS option when it appears. See a video walkthrough.
3 What’s new at this year’s Annual Meeting?
A lot! To start, there will no longer be technical sessions on Wednesday. We have also expanded the Exhibit Hall to include networking and working areas and more opportunities for you to interact with other conference attendees. Find out more about What to Expect in Indianapolis.
4 What’s the new format for Wednesday?
Instead of having technical sessions on Wednesday this year, we have planned a collection of events and workshops to provide additional options for learning. See the Wednesday program.

Our technical sessions cover the latest research and best practices from the global O.R. and analytics community across all of our tracks, followed by Q&A.
Posters
Poster presentations capture the Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, Conclusions, and Literature Cited for a complex problem.
Keynote and Plenary Sessions
Presented daily throughout the meeting by leading experts in their fields, these talks cover topics relating to the advancement of urban analytics and other fascinating topic areas. These sessions include Q&A.
Technology Workshops
Session attendees will have the opportunity to learn about a broad range of vendor products and services at a high level, and participate in Q&A.
Technology Tutorials
These 35-minute, theater-style sessions will provide educational information and case studies on relevant analytics concepts and vendor products and services.
TutORials
These sessions share an introduction to emerging and classical subfields of operations research and management science, which are published annually inĀ TutORials in Operations ResearchĀ and explored at the Annual Meeting.
