Building Decision-focused AI/analytics Models By Asking Better Questions

The need to be decision-focused is important for AI / big data models to avoid analysis paralysis or to end up with a sophisticated model that is not useful for the business. Defining the problem and getting agreement on the decisions to be addressed are essential steps for creating a decision-focused analysis model. Analysts need good questions to ask at the front end and they need to be aware of what questions to avoid due to biases. This workshop will focus on the structure and sequence of questions needed to ensure a clear articulation of the business value and an aligned understanding of the problem to be solved.
